During a 1:1 Zoom session, I tune into your energy — body, mind, and soul — and share what comes through.
It’s not something I force or control; it’s something I receive.
And often, it brings just the insight or direction you didn’t even know you were looking for.
You’ll also receive a recording of the session,
because many people tell me the messages only really land when they listen again —
sometimes even years later.
It’s not spooky, invasive, or even overly woo-woo.
What I tune into is energy —
and that’s something both ancient wisdom and modern science (hello quantum physics!) are starting to agree on.
We’re energetic beings, and tuning into that field can bring real, grounded insight.
I don’t hold on to anything that comes through — once the session is over, it leaves me.
The messages come from your energy and are guided by your highest good.
